Flow is a term to describe a moving meditation of manipulating props such as staffs, hoops, poi, juggling, and other tools. The state of flow creates new pathways in the brains, and offers an alternative perspective on movement, inside the body as well as outside the body as you move through space. Rotating Instructors Derek, Alex, and Mark teach the fundamentals of sequencing the arts of aerial, flow and equilibristics. Kids spirits soar as they spin skills on aerial hammock/sling, rope, static trapeze and movement props like staffs, hoops, poi, juggling, and slack line.
