We offer a multitude of yoga styles and focus. Whether you are looking to relax and restore, maintain your current practice, or build strength, stamina, balance and concentration for a sport, our schedule has something for you, and with some of Missoula’s most revered instructors! We’ll have you feeling strong and open, light and grounded. 

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a guided meditation, breathwork and movement (āsana), to soothing music, by candle light, before bed = a blissful midweek treat.

Buti:

Buti Yoga workouts transform your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement + conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice.

Acro Yoga:

It is an effective form of cross training for any discipline. This course combines dance, yoga and partner work into an ambient or dynamic sequence of movement expression. With a focus on safety and proper body alignment, students gain strength, flexibility, and trust. Students integrate the playful and whimsical qualities of acrobatics with the more grounded and practical aspects of asana. Bring a friend or we can provide you a partner! Consisting of a base, a flyer, and a spotter, the base lifts the flyer and perform both static shapes and dynamic movements. 

Aerial Yoga:

Aerial Yoga uses a looped fabric (hammock) that swivels freely on a single point. Suspended at seat height, the hammock is a prop, intended to assist alignment, and provide accessibility. This class has a therapeutic approach to deepen awareness and relaxation, and gain immediate benefits such as spinal decompression, pain relief, and ease in inversions and other challenging poses/asana. Appropriate for all levels. Ages 12 and up.
